Maintain an accurate roster
Our recommended administrative list identifies account owner, enrolled drivers, hires, separations, received records and unresolved follow-up. Do not treat an account number as evidence that every relevant driver is enrolled.
Separate state monitoring from other checks
EPN, PSP, Clearinghouse and qualification-file work have different sources and purposes. Confirm the related annual MVR inquiry and review rather than assuming state monitoring replaces every driver-record obligation.
